Appliance Parts Specialists began operation in August of 2006, family owned and operated we went into the appliance business in 1992, from there we started with reconditioned appliances, then went on to new appliance sales and service.
In 1998 we decided to focus on a service and repair company only, we opened up operations in La Porte, In 1999 building a very successful service company dedicated to the best customer service that area has ever seen before.
With real people answering the telephones and same day service, not to mention weekend emergency service, our company grew with so many repeat customers and word of mouth advertising we reached our capacity on service and began looking into the online appliance parts area.
I knew that good customer service was beginning to be a thing of the past, I heard it over and over from my customers in service, in fact, I frequently get frustrated when I look for services that I need either online or local. It seems that these companies have totally forgotten how to serve the customer in a fast, friendly manner, not to mention that it increasingly seems impossible to get a "real person" on the phone these days.
My wife and I decided to take the plunge into the online appliance parts business last year, we knew with four ambitious kids in the teen years, now was the time to go for it!
In August 2006 we launched our website, www.myapplianceparts.com Today we get over 2,000 customers daily and growing! We are determined no matter what , for one, always answer the telephones with real people, no pressing one for English, and definitely no waiting for twenty different options to play out before you can make your selection, when a customer calls in during normal business hours they will always get a real, knowledgeable, friendly person on the other end ready to help them with their needs.
