That is our slogan, in most cases you won't find appliance parts at a lower price than here at Appliance Parts Specialists, that is a fact, in some cases there are internet companies out there that may have a few products at extremely low prices "Buyer Beware" sometimes these parts offered at super low prices are because they are not new, or have been previously installed and the boxed up again and put back on the shelf for the next customer to come along.
We do not price match against these places because they are not legitimate appliance part stores and our products are brand new in a box never opened. If you do however find a better price on a appliance part or accessory, we may ask you to provide a link to that website, this is not that we don't trust you, we just need the link or advertisement for our technical people to get in their and adjust our price "permanently" so the next customer won't need to inform us that we have a higher price than somebody else.
I would also like to comment on our customer service, I personally guarantee you that you WILL NOT find a appliance parts company that offers better service than we do. Around here we know customer service, we know our customers want good prices, we know our customers want to speak with real people, we know our customers time is valuable, I guess you can say "We Know Our Customers".
